REFERRAL OF SKETCH FOR DURHAM HEATH TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT AND SEWER COMMITTEE
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for development of a
portion of the Otto Kurth property in Section 11, and
WHEREAS the sketch indicates a 57 lot subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the proposal for Durham
Heath Subdivision to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review
and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proposal for Durham Heath
Subdivision be referred to the Public Sewer Committee for determi-
nation if it will be permitted to connect into the municipal sewer
system.
