APPROVAL OF REVISED SITE PLAN FOR
PARKLAND PLAZA PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS William Paschke, architect, had submitted to the Plan
Commission at their meeting November 21, 1972, a proposal for planned
year around recreational facilities in lieu of a clubhouse and swim-
ming pool which had originally been proposed for the Parkland Plaza
planned development, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission had accepted this proposal for
planned year around recreational facilities subject to the conditions
that the tennis courts be constructed as proposed including enclosure
by cyclone fencing, that one shuffleboard court be omitted and replaced
with playground equipment for small children, that there be imaginative 0 design of the horseshoe pits and that the barbeque and picnic areas be
omitted from the condominium areas, and
WHEREAS a revised plan prepared by Paschke & Associates has been
submitted which reflects these conditions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised site plan for year around
recreational facilities in the Parkland Plaza planned development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that 4' high, decorative, wooden fence be placed around the
tot lot for safety purposes.
