REFERRAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
(SCHMIDT - FAHNING)
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Surveyor Robert Jagusch
May 28, 1973, has been submitted for a 23,277 sq. ft. division of
the Elmer and William Schmidt property on Tess Corners Drive in
Section 1, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission had approved the sketch for the
division of this parcel in June, 1972, after review of road layouts
for an area bounded by Tess Corners Drive, Woods Road and Sherwood
Circle which had been prepared by Planning Consultant Mangiamele,
and
WHEREAS the roads proposed in this preliminary plat do not
conform to the road pattern which had been prepared by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat prepared for a
23,277 sq. ft. division of the Elmer and William Schmidt property
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
