DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(R. ADAMS)
WHEREAS Robert Adams, W180 S7867 Racine Avenue, has submitted
aketch for a proposed 2 and 1/4 acre division of his property in
the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the zoning ordinance permits division of land of two
or more acres in size if the proposed parcel does not abut a public
street or approved way providing that it has access to a public
street or approved way and does not conflict with plans for future
development of streets in the area, and
WHEREAS this proposed division does not have access to a public
street or approved way, and there is no proposed easement ahown on
the sketch to provide such access.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Robert Adams for a 2 and
1/4 acre division of his property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
