APPROVAL OF SIGNS FOR FREEDOM SQUARE
WHEREAS a request for temporary signs has been submitted by
Nadler-Levin Co. to advertise Freedom Square which was formerly
called Colony Village in the Parkland Plaza planned development, and
WHEREAS the sign request is for one 12' x 20' sign to be located
on the northwest corner of Parkland Drive and Janesville Road, one
4' x 2' sign to be located on the southwest corner of Briargate Lane and
Parkland Drive, and one three faced 4' x 4' sign to be located in
front of the existing condominiums on Briargate Lane, and
WHEREAS the size and locations of such signs shall be at the
discretion of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS such signs will be located under other applicable re= 0 quirements of the code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for three temporary signs
to be located as indicated in the Parkland Plaza planned development
for a period of one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other signs pertaining to
Colony Village be removed prior to the erection of these signs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sign to be located on the
northwest corner of Parkland Drive and Janesville Road be no larger
than 5' x 5' in sign area.
