APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS (YANNEY)
WHEREAS on October 3, 1972, the Plan Commission approved building,
site and operational plans for property at S63 W13187 Janesville
Road owned by Mrs. Loretta Yanney, and
WHEREAS the Building Inspector has advised the Commission that a
site plan has now proposed variations from that which had originally
been present@ and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the Commission to review the up-
dated site plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby,in accordance with recommendation from the
building inspector and planning consultant,approve the revised site
plan at S63 W13187 Janesville Road owned by Mrs. Loretta Yanney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the future driveway shown on the
west side of the lot is subject to final approval by the State Highway
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions as required on October
3rd requiring asphalt on the driveway and parking lot be incorporated
herein.
