PCR1973055RESOLVTION #P. C. 55-73 (AS AMENDED) RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR LEGAL STATUS FOR HANS KEISER SUBDIVISION WHEREAS on July 18th, 1972, the Plan Commission approsd a sketch presented by Hans Keiser for a proposed division of land along Kelsey Drive which conformed to the zoning requirements of 80,000 sq. f.t. and 200' average width, and WHEREAS on September 5th a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman was approved by the Plan Commission without the realization that the lots did not conform to the zoning, and WHEREAS they have therefore become non-conforming lots and Mr. Keiser has petitioned the Common Council to declare them legal lots because one of the lots has been sold and the possibility of revising the certified survey map is somewhat remote. 0 THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal status be granted for the Hans Keiser subdivision subject to the condition that the length of the property be extended to the east to give sufficient square footage to meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance of 80,000. sq. ft.
