APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS

RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE TESS CORNERS FIRE DEFT. PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Dept. has submitted
building, site and operational plans for an 84' x 58' addition
to the existing firehouse at W144 S6731 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS the new addition will include a 32' x 31' meeting
room and dormitory, a 49' x 50' new apparatus storage area,
additional restroom facilities and various small utility areas, and
WHEREAS this addition is necessary to provide expanded
facilities to the existing operation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans for an 84' x 58' addition to the existing firehouse at
W144 S6731 Tess Corners Drive subject to the rezoning of this
property with an Overlay for Institutional and Public Service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
property owned by the Tess Corners Vol. Fire Dept. be rezoned from
RS-2 to RS-2 with an Overlay for Institutional and Public Service.
