RECOMMENDATION THAT KURTZE LANE BECOME A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS a petition was submitted to the Common Council on October
24, 1972, signed by six residents on Kurtze Lane requesting that it
be declared a public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS the Common Council referred the request to the Plan
Commission as well as the city attorney and Public Works Committee,
and
WHEREAS at the Plan Commission meeting November 7th. 1972, it
was the Commission's decision to refer this request to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele forleview and recommendation, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission at their meeting March 20th. after
review of a proposed traffic pattern far the area prepared by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele, requested the planner to determine the actual
ownerships in the area and review the topography to determine a
realistic location for the road right-of-way, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has submitted the requested
traffic and road layout for the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that Kurtze Lane
be located in accordance with the layout prepared by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it would be the recommendation of
the Plan Commission that it would be in the public interest for the
Common Council to take the necessary steps to give the road public
status.
