GRANTING ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL TO MOVE DWELLING (SCHAEFER)
I WHEREAS Alvin Schaefer, W187 S7793 Lions Park Drive, has re-
quested architectural approval to move the former Paul Schrader
dwelling from W172 S7585 Lannon Drive to his property between Lions
Park Drive and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS Mr. Schaefer has submitted a petition to rezone his
property from B-2 (Local Service Center) to RS-2 (Suburban Residence)
to permit the creation of residential lots, and
WHEREAS subject zoning is pending until after the public hearing
which has been scheduled to be held before the Common Council May 22,
1973.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant architectural approval to move said
dwelling subject to approval of the rezoning and subject to a
certified survey map creating the residential lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the building can be moved to the
new site subject to the condition that it be placed on the foundation
or moved off the premises by July 1st. 1973.
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that financial guarantee in the amount
of $5,000 be presented to the city to assure compliance with these
1 requirements.
