RECOMMENDATION OP APPROVAL OF REZONING (SCHAEFER)
WHEREAS Mr. Alvin Schaefer, W187 S7793 Lions Park Drive, has
submitted a petition to rezone property located in Section 9 between
Lions Park Drive and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS the request is to rezone the property from B-2 (Local
Service Center) to RS-2 (Suburban Residence) to permit the creation
of residential lots, and
WHEREAS a public hearing has been scheduled to consider this
request before the Common Council May 22, 1973, at 7:15 P. M., and
WHEREAS the requested zoning would be compatible with the
surrounding area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the rezoning of the Schaefer property located in Section 9 between
Lions Park Drive and Racine Avenue.
