APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PIAT FOR KURTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS Ken Westcot, Westcot Company, has submitted a preliminary
plat prepared by Photo Inspection January 10, 1973, for subdivision
of the former Otto Kurth property on Durham Drive in the north 1/2
of Section 11, and
WHEREAS this is an RSA District and thirteen 20,000 sq. ft. lots
are proposed, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for the develop-
ment at their meeting October 3, 1972, and
WHEREAS the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Local and Regional
Planning and the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission have
indicated that they have no objections to the preliminary plat,
however, Consulting Engineers Ruekert and Mielke have indicated that
there are drainage problems which must be resolved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for the develop-
ment of Kurthwood Subdivision subject to the resolving of the
drainage problems in the area including, but not limited to, the
concrete inverts along the north line of the property.
