C. 42-73 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR REZONING PROPERTY IN SECTION 9 (SCHWEFEL) WHEREAS the city has received a petition to rezone approximately three acres of land owned by Mrs. Evelyn Schwefel in Section 9 from RS-3 OLS to RSM OLS to permit construction of a 20 unit apartment building, and WHEREAS the petition has been referred to the Plan Commission for their recommendation, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission has withheld action pending a report from its planning consultant, and WHEREAS the recommendation of Dr. Mangiamele is that the rezoning be denied, and 0 WHERMS the planning consultant further suggests that in order to put the property to its best use and to aid in the removal of some questionable housing in the area that any proposal should en- compass a larger area in order that it could qualify to come under planned development. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial of .&e petition - of Mr. Schwefel for rezoning approximately three acres of land in Section 9 from RS-3 OLS to RSM OLS. WHEREAS G & W Patterns, Inc., submitted building, site and operational plans for a pattern making business for approval by the Plan Commission at their meeting March 20th, 1973, and WHEREAS Zoning Officer Gerald Lee and Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele reviewed the operation and it was their determina- tion that this use could only be granted as a conditional use in the B-2 District, and WHEREAS George M. Woelfel, president of G & W Patterns, Inc., submitted the necessary petition and the public hearing has been held. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant a conditional use to G & W Patterns, Inc., on property located at S66 W19444 Tans Drive to permit the operation of a pattern making business. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this conditional use grant is subject to the conditions that the parking area be asphalted within three years and that the operation be reviewed in six years and that there will be no outside storage of waste material nor stock piles of material.
