APPROVAL OF PERMANENT SIGN - BETHEL LVTHERAN CHURCH
WHEREAS Bethel Lutheran Church, S77 W18426 Janesville Road,
has submitted a request for a 4' x 3', identification and
informational sign, and
WHEREAS the sign will be located within the setback area
near the church parking lot, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary that the petitioner sign an
affidavit stating that any construction between the base setback
line and the existing street right-of-way will be removed at
their expense if it becomes necessary for the improvement of the
street.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a 4' x 3', identi-
fication and informational sign subject to receipt of the necessary
affidavit.
