REFERRAL OF PROWSED REZONING OF THE BROZYNSKI PROPERTY
TO PIANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a petition from Elmer
Tinti and Richard Daeda, S72 W17447 Schubring Drive, to rezone Lots
1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Meadowdale Subdivision, and additional property
in Section 9 from RS-2 "OLR" to RSM, and
WHEREAS this property is known as the Leo Brozynski property
and lies adjacent to Leo's Lakeview Resort on Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS the rezoning is being requested to permit construction
of a 16 unit apartment building, and
WHEREAS a total evaluation of the immediate area will be
needed before the Plan Commission can make an intelligent recommenda-
tion to the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the proposed rezoning to the city's
planning consultant, Joseph Mangiamele, for his review and recom-
mendation.
