RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS (BERINGER)
WHEREAS Mr. Anton A. Beringer, W190 S7236 Lochcrest Boulevard,
has submitted a petition to the Common Council requesting determination
of legal status for Lot 8, Hillview Farm Plat, and
WHEREAS the requirements for this RS-3 OLS District are 66 2/3'
average width and 10,000 sq. ft. in area and the lot in question is
60' average width with 11,040 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS this lot does not abut a public road and future roads
are not contemplated for this area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal
status for Lot 8, Hillview Farm Plat, be denied.
