APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
(INFORMATION OFFICE - PIONEER CENTRE)
WHEREAS KMK Industries, Inc., has submitted a request for a
temporary, 8' x 8'. double-faced, identification sign to advertise
the information office at S75 W17461 Janesville Road for Pioneer
Centre (Unitized Homes, Inc.), and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located in accordance with
the plan submitted, and
WHEREAS temporary approval can be granted for a period of one
year in accordance with Section 6.10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a temporary, 8' x 8'.
