(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL'OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (TAYLOR - LOEBEL)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been prepared by Hoffmann,
Polzin, Becker & Associates, Inc., February 23, 1973, to finalize
a 7.684 acre division of the Lloyd Taylor property in the SW 1/4
of Section 21, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat for
this division February 20, 1973, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission granted a conditional use November
21st, 1972, to Gerald Loebel to permit this parcel to be used for
indoor storage of recreational equipment.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize
the division of the Lloyd Taylor property in Section 21 subject to
receipt of the necessary, temporary easement to provide access
around the shop on the 40' right-of-way.
