APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
FOR PATTERN MAKING BUSINESS
WHEREAS G lk W Patterns, Inc., are proposing to occupy a portion
of the building located on the north side of Tans Drive between Hillen-
dale and Racine Avenue in a B-2 District, and
WHEREAS building, site and operational plan approval is necessary
before an occupancy permit can be issued, and
WHEREAS this use would be compatible with the existing uses
presently occupying other portions of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans to permit G & W Patterns, Inc., to occupy the building located
at S66 W19444 Tans Drive.
