PCR1973029RESOLVTION #P. C. 29-73 GRAWING ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL (CUNNINGHAM) WHEREAS David Cunningham, Northland Developers, has requested architectural approval to move the dwellings which are presently located on Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision, and WHEREAS the two dwellings are proposed to be moved to the two newly created lots adjacent to Muskego Beach Park Addition in Section 9 located on Lake Drive extended and ,.owned by Hugh and Beverly McGrorty, and WHEREAS the houses comply in size to the RS-3 OLS Overlay District zoning requirements, and WHEREAS locations of the buildings will meet the offsets and setbacks required for that district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of David Cunningham to move->the dwellings which are located on Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision, to the two newly created lots in Section 9 on Lake Drive extended owned by Hugh and Beverly McGrorty. + 73 City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted April 3. 1973 b js 3-2-73
