PCR1973028RESOLVTION #P. C. 28-73 (AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF SKETCH POR LAND DIVISION (McGRORTY) WHEREAS Hugh and Beverly McGrorty, W172 S7601 Lannon Drive, have submitted a sketch for a proposed two parcel division of their property adjacent to Muskego Beach Park Addition in Section 9 located on Lake Drive extended with frontage on Little Muskego Lake, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District with OLS Overlay which requires 10,000 sq. ft. lots with 66 2/3' average width, and WHEREAS the lots proposed will be approximately 15,400 sq. ft. with 88.5' average width, and WHEREAS the Plan commission recommended to the Common Council in Resolution #P. C. 6-73 to deny variance to permit the creation of three nonconforming parcels, however, that the Commission would be receptive to a sketch indicating a conforming two parcel division of this property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for this two parcel division and will be receptive to a certified survey map subject to the condition that the Board of Appeals grants a variance in accordance with Section 4.07 (4) 02 the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
