APPROVAL OF SIGN FOR HOLZ ALIGNMENT
WHEREAS Mr. Lester C. Holz has submitted a request for
approval of a 4' x 6'. double-faced, illuminated, free standing
sign to identify his business, Holz Alignment, S79 W18997 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS this business is located in an RS-2 00s overlay district,
and
WHEREAS the sign proposed is subject to approval by the Plan
Commission in accordance with Section 9.01 (7) B. 2. of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
0 of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Lester Holz for a
4' x 6'. double-faced, illuminated, free standing sign to identify
Holz Alignment.
