RESOLVTION #P. C. 26-73
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR L4ND DIVISION (SCHWABENLENDER)
WHEREAS Howard R. Schwabenlender, S69 W16643 Martin Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a four parcel division of his property
which abuts Parkland Plaza Subdivision No. 2, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed more than meet the requirements of
the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS it is Mr. Schwabenlender's intention to extend sewers
to these lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commissiond the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this proposed f0er
parcel division and will be receptive to a preliminary plat which
will include road profiles, drainage plans and sewer plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the preliminary plat shall also
indicate how the remainder of the property along the proposed
extension of Hedgewood Drive can be divided in the future.
