APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR
VETERINARIAN CLINIC
WHEREAS Lee Elger, D. V. M., has submitted building, site and
operational plans to permit the operation of a veterinarian clinic
at W180 S7683 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted use-by-right in the B-3 District,
and
WHEREAS the provisions of the zoning ordinance will be complied
with and Zoning Officer Lee has recommended approval.
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans submitted to permit the operation of a veterinarian clinic
at W180 S7683 Pioneer Drive.
