PCR1973024RESOLVTION #Pa C. 24-73 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRAM FOR JOHN J. WALSH WHEREAS John Walsh has submitted a petition for a conditional use grant to permit construction of an upper four room addition at S69 W12832 Woods Road which meets the requirements of Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission has held the necessary public hearing to consider this request, and WHEREAS the plans submitted which were prepared by Knutson Bros. Builders January 25th. 1973, indicate that the architectural character of the proposed two family dwelling will be dominantly single family in appearance; that the proposed second story will not exceed 800 square feet of residential floor area; and the proposed unit will be occupied by persons who are related to persons in the existing unit by blood, marriage or adoption. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of John Walsh for a conditional use to permit construction of an upper four room addition at S69 W12832 Woods Road in accordance with Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
