APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PIAT FOR LLOYD TAYLOR & GERALD LOEBEL
WHEREAS Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Associates have submitted a
preliminary plat for an approximately 8 acre division of the Lloyd
Taylor property on Parker Road in Section 21, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this division
December 5th, 1972, subject to the condition that the 100' open space
between the Stefaniak property and proposed parcel be reduced to 40'
and that an easement be provided for access to Mr. Taylor's property
to the north, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat submitted indicates a 45' strip of
open space between the Stefaniak property and proposed parcel, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission granted a conditional use November
21st, 1972, to Gerald Loebel to permit this parcel to be used for
indoor storage of recreational equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat submitted for an
approximately 8 acre division of the Lloyd Taylor property in Section
21 and that the Commission will now be receptive to a certified survey
map.
