APPROVAL OF RE-DIVISION OF LOTS 4 & 5, BmK 10, JEWEL CREST SUBD.
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a sketch for the
re-division of Lots 4 and 5, Block 10, Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 75' average
width with 11,250 sq. ft. area, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed will be approximately 141' average
width and 14,223 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots as originally platted lacked the average width
required by the RS-3 OED District and were granted legal status, and
WHEREAS it is the Commission's opinion that this will be a more
acceptable division as the lots will then be conforming.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the re-division of Lots
4 and 5, Block 10, Jewel Crest Subdivision, and that the Commission
will be receptive to a certified survey map.
