(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR WISCONSIN ELECTRIC COMPANY
WHEREAS the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has submitted a
petition for a conditional use grant to permit construction of an
electric power distribution center on approximately 1 1/2 acres
of property located at S78 W16400 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission held a public hearing to consider
this request on Tuesday, February 20th, 1973, and
WHEREAS the proposed use would not have a deteriorating affect
on the neighborhood.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant the request of the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company for a conditional use to permit construction of an
electric power distribution center on approximately 1 1/2 acres of
property located at S78 W16400 Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this conditional use is granted subject
to the approval of building, site and operational plans which will
include landscaping and lighting and subject to the condition that the
grounds and building be maintained regularly.
