APPROVAL OF MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB SIGN
WHEREAS Conditional Use #55 was granted to Muskego Lakes
Country Club March 2nd, 1970, to permit the erection of a
30'6" high, 180 sq. ft., non-flashing, illuminated sign on a
parcel of land south of S. T. H. 36 to identify the Muskego Lakes
Country Club, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions placed on the conditional use
grant was that the sign and adjacent areas were to be reviewed in
March, 1973, to determine the type of development taking place in
the area, and
WHEREAS at the last meeting the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution #19-73 which referred the Muskego Lakes Country Club
sign to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review of the development
taking place in the area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reported that there
is a minimum of development taking place in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the Muskego Lakes Country Club sign
for a three year period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this sign and adjacent areas shall
be reviewed in March, 1976, to determine the type of development
taking place in the area.
