APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PIANS (A & P>
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been
submitted for approval by the Plan Commission for the new
A & P store, S75 W17301 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the plans have been submitted to the planning
consultant for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans for the proposed A & P store subject to
approval of the rezoning of their property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to a
review and acceptance of landscaping plan by the city's planning
consultant.
