REJECTION OF SKETCH FOR IAND DIVISION (FERGUSON)
WHEREAS Mr. Thomas Ferguson has submitted a sketch for
division of the former Louis Goldbeck property in Section 5,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District requiring 110' average
width with 20,000 sq. feet in area, and the proposed division
more than meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS the proposed division creates several problems
as it relates to future use of the balance of the property
and
WHEREAS it is the feeling of the Plan Commission that
further thought must be given to the total use of the property
by Mr. Perguson.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby reject the sketch submitted
with the recommendation that Mr. Ferguson contact the city's
planning consultant for a more in-depth review of his property
as it relates to future divisions.
