DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PIAT
(Herbert Puetzer)
WHEREAS Mr. Herbert Puetzer has submitted a preliminary
plat for development of approximately 52 acres of property in
Section 9 known as the Lazynski-Beck property, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat does not conform to the
requirements of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS Mr. Puetzer has advised that it was not his inten-
tion to submit the preliminary plat at this time.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny approval of the preliminary plat
of Herbert Puetzer for development of the former Lazynski-Beck
property.
