PCR19730090 RESOLUTION #P. C. 9-73 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE TO MUSKEG0 RENDERING CO. Conditional Use Grant on their property in Section 18 at S81 W21392 Wauer Lane, and WHEREAS, Muskego Rendering Company has petitioned for a WHEREAS a public hearing has been held to consider this request. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Company for the purpose of constructing a modern rendering plant Muskego does hereby grant a Conditional Use to the Muskego Rendering in Section 18 at S81 W21392 Wauer Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Conditional Use Grant is subject to the following conditions: 1. That building, site and operational plans must be approved prior to construction. 2. That adequate sewage disposal facilities acceptable to the Building Inspection Department shall be provided. 3. That adequate guarantees are given to the Plan Commission to assure a minimum amount of noise, odor, smoke or dust. 4. That outside storage of materials, products or refuse is prohibited. 5. That the private access road to S.T.H. 24 is maintained in a dust free condition. 6. That this Conditional Use is granted with the understanding that construction of the plant will begin within the next 12 months. City of Muskego Plan Commission
