APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
WHEREAS Mr. Clarence Hoormann, Tri-Town Heating and Air
Conditioning, has requested approval of building, site and
operational plans for a heating business to be located in the
building at W187 S6352 Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted use by right in the B-1 District,
and
WHEREAS because there are no sewer or water facilities, the
use must be limited to storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the building, site and operational
plans for Tri-Town Heating and Air Conditioning to be located in
the building at W187 S63.52 Gold Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
will not be open to the public and that no one other than the owner
conditionsthat the use is limited primarily to storage, that it
will use the premises.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that should Tri-Town Heating and Air
Conditioning wish to expand the use of the premises beyond this
limited approval, sewage disposal and water facilities will be
necessary.
