C. 6-73 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR CREATION OF SUB-STANDARD LOTS WHEREAS Hugh and Beverly McGrorty, W172 S7601 Lannon Drive have submitted a sketch for a proposed three parcel division of their on Lake Drive extended with frontage on Little Muskego Lake, and property adjacent to Muskego Beach Park Addition in Section 9 located 18.30 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance to permit the creation of three sub-standard lots, and WHEREAS they have petitioned for a variance as provided in Section WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OLS District requiring 10,000 sq. ft. lots with 66 2/3' average width, and WHEREAS the lots in question are proposed to be 8,750 sq. ft. with 50' average width and are less than required by the district in which they are located. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial of the variance to permit the creation of threesubrstandard lots as proposed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be receptive to a preliminary sketch which would provide for a two parcel division in that area. City of Muskego Plan Commission b js 1-12-73
