GRANTING REQUEST FOR SECOND GARAGE
(Ray Wernsman)
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Wernsman, W136 S6468 Sherwood Court, appeared
before the Plan Commission November 7th. 1972, requesting approval
to construct a 60' x 32' second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wernsman advised the Commission that he has
combined two residential lots on Sherwood Court, that his dwelling
with attached garage is existing on one lot and the proposed garage
structure will be constructed on the second lot, that the structure
will be fireproof and heated and will be used for the storage of
antique automobiles, and
WHERE&, it was the Plan Commission's decision at their meeting
November 7th, 1972, that they would be receptive to this second garage
structure subject to the condition that more detailed drawings be
submitted indicating the proposed exterior appearance, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wernsman has provided the Commission with a brochure
indicating the type of exterior he will be using.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Ray Wernsman to construct
a 60' x 32' second garage structure.
