APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES IN THE TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has been
requested to approve the final plat for Heather Ridge Estates in the
Town of Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra territorial
jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission reviewed and approved the preliminary
Heim, representative of Jahnke SrJahnke Associates, that the preliminary
plat at their meeting October 17th and were advised by Mr. David
plat had been approved by the Town of Vernon and the Waukesha County
Park and Planning Commission and that all objecting authorities had
indicated "no objections".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the final
plat for Heather Ridge Estates in the Town of Vernon which falls within
Muskego's extra-territorial jurisdiction be approved subject to
approval by the city engineer.
