a sketch of a two parcel land division in Section 32 by Mr. Steven
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has been requested to approve
B. Schuler, and
WHEREAS, the two parcel division meets with the requirements
of the Zoning District in which the land is located.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch and will be receptive to
the presentation of a preliminary plat which must be reviewed by
the city's planning consultant, Dr. Mangiamele, the city's consulting
engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, and the city's highway superintendent,
Willard Bertram, prior to further submittal to the Plan Commission for
approval.
