of a certified survey map prepared for Mr. Donald Laabs, W195 S7130
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has been asked for approval
Hillendale Drive, involving a four parcel division of his property
at the corner of Hillview and Hillendale Drives,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has previously approved the sketch
and preliminary plat,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for a four
parcel division on property owned by Mr. Laabs at the corner of
Hillview and Hillendale Drives.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to review
of the certified survey map by the city’s engineer as well as the
resolving of the question of the road widths for Hillendale Drive.
