WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Wallner, owner of property south of the city's
industrial park in Sections 16 and 17, has presented to the Plan
Commission for approval a proposed development encompassing garden
apartments, commercial, townhouses, duplexes and single family, and
WHEREAS, the density as proposed does not correspond to the
existing comprehensive plan or its updated version.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does not agree with the development as proposed and
recommends that the developer prepare a plan more closely related
to the comprehensive plan.
