APPROVAL OF A RELEASE OF RESTRICTION FOR EXTRATERRITORIAL CSM 10612
LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 25 IN THE
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On October 27, 2011 a Release of Restriction document for a previously approved
Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map (CSM 10612) was submitted by Mark A. Cartwright for a
property located in the NE ¼ of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary for this Release of Restriction
document per Waukesha County, and
WHEREAS, The Release of Restriction document relates to the required basement height above
the ground water table for this property, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also review/approve said document since it falls within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the Release of Restriction
document for a previously approved Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map (CSM 10612) submitted
by Mark A. Cartwright for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
