APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE
FIRST BANK FINANCIAL CENTRE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 12 IN
THE TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On June 21, 2010 a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by First Bank Financial Centre for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 12, Town
of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There will be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego as this lot is
located about one and a half (1½) miles south of the City of Muskego boarder, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford and/or Racine County must also approve of all land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division submitted by First Bank Financial Centre
for a property located in the NW ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford, and recommends the same
to the Common Council.
