RESOLUTION #P.C. 051-2010
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND
CHAPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Chapter 14 regulates Floodplains within the City of Muskego and portions of the code require to
comply with State Statutes or to adapt to current practices/policies of the community, and
WHEREAS, The changes are specifically to Chapter 14 Floodplain Zoning Ordinance Sections 1.5, and
WHEREAS, The change is amending the ordinance to include the FEMA approved Letter of Map Revision Based
Upon Fill (LOMR-F) for Lot 10-15 in the Northfield Green Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing will take place to consider the amendments to Chapter 14 as required by Code, on
June 8, 2010.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the changes referenced above to
Chapter 14, of the Municipal Code to the Common Council.
