APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE
JOSEPH AND JOYCE KUZMIC PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 8 IN THE
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On November 11, 2009 a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by Joseph and Joyce Kuzmic for a property located in the NW ¼ of Section 8, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There will be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego as this lot is located
about two (2) miles south of the City of Muskego boarder, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Certified
Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division submitted by Joseph and Joyce Kuzmic for a
property located in the NW ¼ of Section 8, Town of Norway, and recommends the same to the
Common Council.
