RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2009
APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE
GEORGE MACIOSEK SR. PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 25 IN THE
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On July 20, 2009 a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted
by Carol and George Maciosek Sr. for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 25, Town of
Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, Drainage currently flows from Muskego through this property to the south and west,
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division submitted by Carol and George Maciosek Sr.
for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to
the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That A 30’ Drainage Easement needs to be added to the CSM to
handle the current run off out of the City of Muskego through this property to the south and west.
