RESOLUTION #P.C. 045-2009
APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW FOR SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL OF A HOME
ON LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 9 AND THE SW ¼ OF
SECTION 4 (W187 S7160 GOLD DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2175.996)
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Conditional Use Grant for Thomas and Jennifer
Sauer for the short term vacation rental of a home located at W187 S7160 Gold Drive (Tax
Key No. 2175.996) as per Resolution #P.C. 110-2007, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved this CUG subject to an annual review being held,
and
WHEREAS, The Community Development Department has not received any complaint over
the past year regarding this rental, and
WHEREAS, The Police Department has not had any issues with this property over the past
year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Bi-Annual
Review of the Conditional Use Grant for Thomas and Jennifer Sauer for the property located at
W187 S7160 Gold Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bi-annual review be held unless there is a complaint that
warrants further reviews.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this Conditional
Use Grant shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
