RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER
AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTION
(As Amended)
OF NECESSITY KNOWN AS RESOLUTION #242-82
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed a resolution of
necessity known as Resolution #242-82, and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert
are necessary to carry out this project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby authorize the City Attorney in
