RESOLUTION X236-82
OF MUSKEG0 AND ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICE
APPROVAL OF AGSEEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
INC. (Blue Cross - Blue Shield)
WHEREAS, the Cil::y of Muskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blue Cross - Blue
Shield to employees of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
of Muskego renew their contract with Associated Hospital
Services, Inc. to cover employees for the year 1983.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the renewal of their contract
with Associated Hospital Services, Inc to provide Blue Cross -
Blue Shield insurance to employees of the City of Muskego for
the year 1963.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in the n e of the city
