CLARIFYING THE CITY'S POLICY REGARDING THE
REFILLING OF ANY VACANT POSITIONS IN THE CITY
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1982, the Finance Committee of the City
of Nuskego established a policy in which that committee
would review the filling of all vacant positions that
occurred in the city, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee now wishes to have the
Common Council review and approve the filling of any vacant
position in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish a policy whereby the
members of the Common Council will review and approve the
filling of any vacant position that occurs in the city.
