GRANTING PEFMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST
ON BIG MUSKEGO LAKE

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from an
organization known as Badgerland TNT, 4x4 Club, for permission
to hold a driving skill contest on Big Muskego Lake on January
30th, 1963 and February 13, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application
and further recommends that the $200 00 fee be waived, and a
$200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest on
Big Muskego Lake to the Badgerland TNT, 4x4 Club, on January
30, 1983 and February 13, 1963.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 be
waived and a $200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup.
